These Terms & Conditions govern your use of Love & Healing, a recurring encouragement service operated by VEGAS BROWN MD PA and delivered by email, SMS text message, or both.
Program description
Love & Healing sends supportive, motivational, reflective, faith-oriented, wellness-oriented, or other encouragement messages based on the preferences you select. Messages may be scheduled or sent directly by an administrator when appropriate.
SMS consent and recurring messages
By providing your mobile number, selecting SMS delivery, and affirmatively consenting, you agree to receive recurring automated text messages from Love & Healing at the number you provided. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency may vary and is generally based on the delivery schedule and preferences you select.
Message and data rates
Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier's standard messaging and data charges may apply to messages you send or receive.
Opt-out instructions
Reply STOP to unsubscribe from SMS messages at any time. You may also use other supported standard opt-out keywords where available. After you opt out, you may receive a final confirmation message. You will not receive additional recurring SMS messages unless you later provide new consent to resume.

Email preferences
You may unsubscribe from email using the unsubscribe or manage-preferences link included in our emails. You may also pause or update your delivery preferences through your subscriber management link.
Carrier disclaimer
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery may be affected by your device, carrier, internet or cellular availability, service-provider outages, filtering, or other factors outside our control.
Eligibility and accurate information
You agree to provide accurate contact information and to subscribe only phone numbers and email addresses you are authorized to use. You may not enroll another person without their informed consent.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, use it for unlawful purposes, or use automated means to abuse subscription, messaging, or administrative functionality.
Content and no professional advice
Love & Healing content is provided for general encouragement and informational purposes only. It is not medical, psychiatric, psychological, legal, financial, crisis, or other professional advice and does not establish a professional relationship. If you need professional or emergency assistance, seek appropriate qualified help or emergency services.
Availability and changes
We may modify, suspend, limit, or discontinue features or message delivery when reasonably necessary for maintenance, compliance, security, technical, carrier, or business reasons. We may also update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms to the extent permitted by law.
Privacy
Your use of Love & Healing is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Mobile opt-in data and consent are not sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes.
Disclaimer of warranties
The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted delivery, specific outcomes, or that every message will be suitable for every recipient.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Love & Healing will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of or inability to use the service. Nothing in these Terms limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be limited.
