Love & Healing is operated by VEGAS BROWN MD PA and provides recurring encouragement by email and text message. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices available to you.
Information we collect
When you subscribe or update your preferences, we may collect your first name, email address, mobile phone number, delivery method, delivery time, time zone, encouragement category, subscription status, consent date, and related service or delivery records. We may also collect limited technical information needed to operate, secure, and troubleshoot the service.
How we use information
We use your information to provide and personalize Love & Healing messages, honor your delivery preferences, process opt-ins and opt-outs, maintain consent and delivery records, prevent abuse, troubleshoot service issues, and comply with applicable legal, carrier, and messaging requirements.
Text messaging data and consent
Mobile information, text messaging originator opt-in data, and consent will not be sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. SMS frequency and charges
SMS/MMS message frequency is generally up to one message per day and may vary based on the plan, delivery preferences, gift period, and service-related communications. Message and data rates may apply. Your carrier's standard messaging and data charges may apply.

We use third-party service providers to operate Love & Healing, including providers that deliver email and text messages. These providers may process information such as your email address, phone number, message content, delivery status, and related technical data on our behalf.
Opting out and changing preferences
You may unsubscribe from email using the unsubscribe or manage-preferences link included in our emails. For SMS, reply STOP to unsubscribe. Reply HELP for assistance. You may also use your manage-preferences link to pause or update your subscription. Once you opt out, we will stop sending recurring messages through that channel, subject to any final confirmation message permitted by applicable rules.
Data retention
We may retain subscription, consent, opt-out, and delivery records for as long as reasonably necessary to operate the service, document consent, honor opt-out requests, resolve disputes, meet legal obligations, and protect the integrity of the service.
Disclosure of information
